故障現(xiàn)象;有一臺(tái)2013年生產(chǎn)的480D沃爾沃車主反映，停車后再啟動(dòng)顯示屏出現(xiàn)GPS故障。無論怎么啟動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)就是沒有著火的現(xiàn)象，這是一臺(tái)2013年生產(chǎn)的沃爾沃，這種年齡的沃爾沃已經(jīng)不存在欠費(fèi)現(xiàn)象，為了安全起見和售后的朋友溝通了一下，讓朋友在后臺(tái)檢查一下這臺(tái)車輛是否有拖欠費(fèi)用的情況，溝通確認(rèn)后無欠費(fèi)開始維修。

　　遇見GPS的情況一定要確認(rèn)在不沒有欠費(fèi)的情況下才可以維修，否則后患無窮。到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)后根據(jù)顯示屏提示的故障進(jìn)行維修檢查GPS相關(guān)的線路后，發(fā)現(xiàn)GPS電源缺失，一個(gè)蓄電池電源，也就是咱們說的長電源。

　　When encountering GPS situations, it is necessary to confirm that there are no outstanding fees before repairing, otherwise there will be endless troubles. After arriving at the scene and checking the GPS related circuits according to the displayed faults, it was found that the GPS power supply was missing, a battery power supply, which is what we call a long power supply.

　　這個(gè)GPS有兩個(gè)電源，第一個(gè)是蓄電池電源，另外一個(gè)是鑰匙門on電源，檢查相關(guān)線路發(fā)現(xiàn)蓄電池電源的線斷路，接上線之后GPS電源故障障排除，啟動(dòng)正常過十分鐘之后又出現(xiàn)GPS故障，重新又把GPS相關(guān)的電路重新檢查了一遍，發(fā)現(xiàn)電路是正常的，這說明GPS的內(nèi)部有出問題，讓司機(jī)采用應(yīng)急模式工作，把gps拆下后，重新修復(fù)后安裝試車正常。

　　This GPS has two power sources, the first is the battery power source, and the other is the key door on power source. After checking the relevant circuits, it was found that the battery power source wire was broken. After connecting it online, the GPS power supply fault was eliminated. After starting normally for ten minutes, the GPS fault occurred again. After rechecking the GPS related circuits, it was found that the circuits were normal, indicating that there was an internal problem with the GPS. The driver was asked to work in emergency mode, remove the GPS, repair it, and install and test it normally.

　　故障總結(jié)：沃爾沃這款挖掘機(jī)，因安裝的GPS生產(chǎn)廠家在質(zhì)量把控方面有缺陷，導(dǎo)致GPS內(nèi)部工作不穩(wěn)定，從而引起了發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)工作不正常。

　　Fault summary: The Volvo excavator had a quality control defect in the GPS manufacturer installed, which caused unstable internal operation of the GPS and resulted in abnormal engine operation.
