現象1：如果喇叭聲音嘶啞而發動機不運轉，此時應該檢查蓄電池。

Phenomenon 1: if the horn is hoarse and the engine does not run, check the battery at this time.

當普通蓄電池極板露出來或是免維護蓄電池觀察孔的顏色不是綠色時，就可以斷定是蓄電池電力不足造成的發動機無法啟動。遇上普通蓄電池電力不足時，補充蒸餾水，也可用純凈水應急。如果是免維護電池電力不足，只能用跨接的方法請其他車輛上的蓄電池幫忙了。此時一定要注意隨車攜帶發動機的電纜線，在借用其他車輛蓄電池電量時，電池的正極連正極，負極連負極。注意被借方車輛發動機一定要先啟動。

小技巧：如果發動機也未卡死，可以考慮利用外力啟動的方法，具體操作要點：將排擋桿推到次高擋(如4擋車型，用3擋)，左腳踏離合器踏板，右腳踩在油門踏板，松開制動，打開發動機開關。
