The brake pad is generally composed of floor, adhesive heat insulation layer and friction layer. The heat insulation layer of the brake pad is composed of poor heat conduction materials and reinforcing materials, and the friction layer of the brake pad is composed of reinforcing materials, adhesives and fillers. 首先要檢查所換剎車片是否是純正配件，產(chǎn)品包裝的完好性、防偽標(biāo)志及包裝標(biāo)識(shí)與剎車片上的標(biāo)識(shí)是否一致，產(chǎn)品型號(hào)是否和合格證內(nèi)容相符。在將車輛舉升這前，應(yīng)先將盛放剎車油的覆蓋打開，輪胎螺絲應(yīng)對角松動(dòng)。如果使用簡易千斤頂支撐時(shí)，應(yīng)將千斤頂支好，并加固不更換剎車片的輪子。將輪胎卸下，松開鉗體緊固螺釘，并檢查螺釘、鉗滑動(dòng)導(dǎo)桿，清除上面的泥沙及油污，并上潤滑油保養(yǎng)。將舊剎車片拆下，檢查剎車盤的磨損程度，是否起溝起糟。嚴(yán)重磨損應(yīng)更換新的剎車盤，其周期為8—12萬公里，否則會(huì)加快新更換的剎車片的磨損，且制動(dòng)時(shí)方向抖動(dòng)，制動(dòng)力過校

Remove the tire, loosen the fastening screw of the tong body, check the screw and the sliding guide rod of the Tong, remove the sediment and oil stain on it, and apply lubricating oil for maintenance. Remove the old brake pad and check the wear degree of the brake disc for groove and mess. If the brake disc is seriously worn, it shall be replaced with a new one with a cycle of 80000-120000 km, otherwise the wear of the newly replaced brake pad will be accelerated, the direction will shake and the braking force will be over calibrated during braking

安裝新剎車片應(yīng)分清內(nèi)外，剎車片的磨擦面應(yīng)向剎車盤，使盤片配合合適。安好附件，緊固鉗體。在緊固鉗體前，應(yīng)用工具將鉗上的塞推回位，以便于將鉗安裝到位。如果需要更換鼓式制動(dòng)器上的剎車片建議到維修廠請人員操作，以免出現(xiàn)差錯(cuò)。
